HEALTH AND SAFETY/ ACCREDITATION

WTS have been proud members of the Electrical Contractors Association since 2012. Membership Number 1661927.
“As an ECA Member, our business is independently technically assessed, on a regular basis. This ensures that we manage, supervise and carry out our work to the required technical standards with the necessary skill, knowledge and experience. We are, therefore, pleased to share our Technical Compliance Certificate with our customers to demonstrate the areas of electrotechnical work where our business has been successfully technically assessed.
ECA also offers a guarantee and an insurance-backed warranty and bond which its Members can provide to their clients at no charge. These provide assurances that the work our business carries out, in line with our Technical Compliance Certificate, will meet the relevant industry technical standards and in the case of the Bond it provides indemnity for the client, in the unlikely event that the work is not duly completed."

CHAS accreditation demonstrates compliance with, and sound management of current health and safety legislation.
WTS employs the use of ROSE Training and Consultancy Services to ensure compliance with all aspects of health and safety legislation to comply with CHAS accreditation.
WTS are insured to £10,000,000 for Employers Liability, £5,000,000 Public and Products Liability and £100,000 Professional Indemnity.

All site based members of staff hold a valid ECS gold card as a minimum requirement.
The Q.S holds a black Electrical Contracts Manager ECS card as a minimum requirement.
All engineers will hold as a minimum, the 18th edition 2382 and an inspection and testing qualification such as C+G 2391.
The Q.S will also hold the C+G 2919 to competently inspect electric vehicle charging stations.
