The use of such reports has been invaluable to our clients over the years in respect to passing on the information to remedial contractors to facilitate repairs without the need to conduct lengthy remedial surveys.

Estates Building managers can then prioritise buildings using the evidence provided on the reports to manage repairs effectively.

Such reports are not a requirement of BS 7671, however we feel this method of reporting gives a much more detailed view of the inspection to anybody reading the report.
